1. Server Level Security: R.B.D has its own dedicated server; it is used to manage the data and web-based application.

2. Database Level Security: SQL Server 2005 (Enterprise edition) is used as backend software for our web-based application. It has the following advantages.

  • Reliability: To achieve a more secure deployment .SQL server 2005 provide s rich security features to protect data and network resources.
  • Confidentiality: To protect your data.SQL Server 2005 clustering supports Kerberos authentication on a virtual server and Microsoft windows-style policies on standard logins so that consistent policy is applied across all accounts in the domain.
  • Encryption: SQL Server 2005 supports encryption capabilities within itself, fully integrated with a key management infrastructure. By default, client-server communications are encrypted.

3. VeriSign Certification:
